Why should I log in with WalletConnect using my Key-based wallet?
Logging in with WalletConnect using your Key-based wallet allows you to link your existing wallet to PillarX securely. This enables you to access your smart wallet, interact with supported dApps, and manage your assets seamlessly — all while keeping control of your keys. It’s a simple way to bridge your wallet with the PillarX ecosystem without compromising security or ownership.
Why do I get a "signature rejected" error when trying to swap with Pillar Wallet?
This usually happens if you're not using the correct account type. To perform swaps, you need to switch your account in Pillar Wallet to a Key-based account. Smart Wallet accounts do not support swap functionality directly, so make sure you're connected with a Key-based wallet to proceed successfully.
Why do trending tokens show duplicates?
Trending tokens may appear as duplicates because that’s how they’re currently provided by our external data sources. We’re aware of this and are working on filtering and improving how this data is displayed in future updates.

Migration
What happens if I don’t move all my assets out from Pillar V1 and Pillar V2 (Etherspot) wallets?
If you don’t manually move your assets from Pillar V1 and Pillar V2 (Etherspot) wallets, don’t worry — you’ll still have access to the recovery kit for both wallets after the migration. This ensures you can recover and manage your assets safely, even if you haven't completed the migration process right away.

Why can’t I see all my tokens in PillarX?
We’re continuously working to improve token detection and support in PillarX. If some of your tokens aren’t visible, please try again later — they may appear once indexing updates. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our support team so we can help resolve it manually.
Trading
Where can I see how many points I have earned?
You can view your earned points in two places within the app:
Tap on the Leaderboard app from the action bar.
PX Points tile directly on the home screen.
Both options will show your current points and ranking.
Do I need to have native tokens to pay for gas fees?
Yes — at this time, you need to have native tokens (such as ETH, MATIC, or BNB, depending on the network) in your wallet to cover gas fees. While gasless or sponsored transactions may be supported in the future, they are not yet implemented in the current version of PillarX.
